Delivery is guaranteed until the shipment reaches UK customs. Lost parcels confirmed by the courier may be reshipped once or refunded. Parcels seized or held by HMRC or UK Border Force are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties or VAT charges upon delivery.
Damaged Items & Returns
Any issue must be reported within 14 days of delivery by contacting our support team with photographic evidence.
Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was received damaged or incorrectly sent.

Refunds
Refunds may be requested within 30 days of delivery in cases of confirmed loss or damage, in accordance with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Where a return is required, return shipping and handling costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases where the item was damaged in transit or incorrectly dispatched. These costs will be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.
If you prefer your order to be reshipped rather than refunded, a standard reshipping and handling fee applies and will be confirmed prior to dispatch.
